Specify default channel?

Thanks for creating and maintaining this. Such extensions are few and far between.

Some observations:

1. It would be great if there were a second (top-level) context menu item for sending to either a channel designated as default or the last used channel.
2. Images and text work separately, but not together. If I select text, it sends the text. If I right-click an image, it sends the image (or perhaps just the link to the image, which Discord helpfully displays). But if I select both text and image, it only sends the text.
3. Sometimes new material is appended to the prior message. Sometimes it appears as a separate message. (Same channel, in both cases.) Is this just how Discord works?
