…testnet status stated (#409) Noderr asked for a manual, link-only catalog entry (issue #409) and confirmed there is no referral programme, so referral.program is false and the signup link is the plain download page. The entry says what the provider's own pages say as of 2026-10-07: the network runs on the Base Sepolia testnet during its beta, node rewards are unfunded and none have been paid, and the 5-10% APY is a design target. The disclosure block records that the Android client shares the phone's carrier IP for other Noderr traffic, while the desktop and browser clients run automation tasks. Status is beta, no Docker image, no collector. README lists, the docs nav and the guides index are regenerated; the hand-written service counts in README.md and docs/index.md move from 50 to 51.

Noderr asked for a link-only catalog entry (#409) and, when asked, confirmed it has no referral programme. The useful thing to add is not a bare link but what a reader needs to decide: whether it pays today, and what it does to the device.
This adds the entry as a beta, app-only DePIN service with the plain download page as its link and
referral.program: false. The provider's own pages say the network runs on the Base Sepolia testnet during its beta, node rewards are unfunded and none have been paid, and the 5-10% APY is a design target. The entry and guide say exactly that. The disclosure block records that the Android client shares the phone's carrier IP for other Noderr traffic, while the Windows, Mac and browser clients run automation tasks. No Docker image, no collector.README lists, the docs nav and the guides index are regenerated by the existing scripts; the hand-written counts in README.md and docs/index.md move from 50 to 51 services. The terms page is a client-rendered app and was not read, so per-IP limits stay undocumented.
