Add admin-only APIs to create, list, and delete Lifecycle-managed public PKCE clients. Enforce fixed MCP scopes and secure settings, expose OpenAPI contracts, and audit changes.
Replace the destroy-preview tuple with a schema accepted by the default MCP SDK validator. Validate the full tool catalog against both supported JSON Schema dialects during startup.
