Automatic commands - for the simplest and most automated methods of operation

/halls office acknowledge: moves a bill into debate This calculates the end of debate and posts it into the thread. It also sets the debate tag.

/halls office vote [name] [primary_author] [link] [type] [duration=48] [secondary_authorN]: schedules a vote

name - the name of the bill
primary_author - the primary author's Discord account (usually the author who posted the thread)
link - link to the text of the bill (in NS dispatch form)
type - select the proposal type
duration - number of hours the poll should run for, default 48h (optional)
secondary_authorN - the Discord accounts of up to three secondary authors (optional) This does the entire vote scheduling for you, including locking the thread, setting tags, sending the header and footer images, and calculating quorum.

/halls count [name] [type] [quorum] [status_msg] [poll_msg] : counts a vote

name - the name of the bill
type - select the proposal type
quorum - you can copy this from the vote text posted by /halls vote
status_msg - a link to the status message posted by the bot (should be 'STATUS: AT VOTE'). right-click on the status message and click 'copy message link' (optional - autofills if not present)
poll_msg - same as above but with the poll (optional - autofills if not present) This does the counting for you, including quorum checking. It should verify that the links (if provided) are valid messages, and does a little bit of sense checking to make sure the messages you've selected are the correct ones.

Manual commands - for more controlled and manual methods of operation

/halls manual poll [name] [treaty] [duration]: only sends the vote poll

name - the name of the bill
type - select the proposal type
duration - number of hours the poll should run for, default 48h (optional) If you prefer to send the vote text yourself for fuller control, use this command to have more control over poll durations while doing other sections yourself.

/halls manual image [type]: only sends a header or footer image

/halls triune approve [name] [type] [aye] [nay] [abstain]: approves a bill

name - the name of the bill
type - select the proposal type
aye - how many TC votes for
nay - how many TC votes against
abstain - how many TC abstains (capped at 2) /halls count should ping the TC automatically if approval is required. Once you are ready to approve, use this command and the bot should determine whether the bill is approved or not. This functions for all bills requiring approval, including Honorary Titles. It also automatically does the FW-side sanctioning and generates the timestamp automatically.

/info: sends some basic information about the bot
