Обновлен docs/architecture/DEPLOYMENT.md: добавлена карта runtime, сетевое правило, порядок старта, pre-deploy/post-deploy checklist и rollback шаги.
Зачем
Deploy-документу не хватало конкретных проверок для bot runtime. Checklist помогает не пропустить health, metrics, smoke tests и recovery-состояния после релиза.

Docs-only изменение. Runtime deploy и smoke tests не запускались.
