Refreshes hero and home section styling to an orange/rose accent palette and improves text contrast; updates the RAS chapter theme from slate/blue to deep red. Purely visual; no functional changes.

• Hero copy: replaces dashed-border with styled spans (serif, italic, underlined) using text-orange-500, text-primary, and text-rose-500; body text shifts to text-slate-600.

• Headings: About/Events/Chapter Highlights swap black for text-slate-900 and color “Engineering/Technical/Workshops” with orange/rose accents.

• Chapters data: RAS colors move to a red gradient and accents (from-red-800 via-red-900 to-black, border-red-600, bg-rose-500, text-red-100).

• Review notes:

  • The to change removes semantic emphasis; confirm this is acceptable for a11y or add ARIA where needed.
  • Verify contrast on light mode and responsiveness across breakpoints.
