added vtool links wrt to events

Populates IEEE vTools links for events and enables opening Event Details from Home. Previously many events had empty vTools URLs and the Home events list didn’t open the details modal; now events include vTools URLs and clicking a card opens the modal. Also improves modal header readability.

• Events data: fills vtool for past events, corrects one link, and adds three events (Hack AVENSIS, The STAR Program, Interview Session) with full metadata and assets.
• Home > Events: adds selectedEvent state, passes onOpenDetails to EventCard, and renders EventDetailsModal for both carousel and list views.
• UI polish: darker modal header overlay and subtle drop-shadows on type/title; simplified Hero highlight fonts for better consistency.
