Summary

• Game-Library-FE/tests/ — new home for all frontend tests, mirroring src/'s folder structure (tests/hooks/useDebouncedValue.test.ts, tests/setup.ts)
• tsconfig.test.json — new project reference for the tests folder (extends tsconfig.app.json, adds vitest/globals + jest-dom types), wired into the root tsconfig.json alongside tsconfig.app.json/tsconfig.node.json
• tsconfig.app.json reverted to its original state — no test-only types leaking into the app build
• vite.config.ts setup file path updated to ./tests/setup.ts
