A prior Dependabot PR bumped Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Razor.RuntimeCompilation to 10.0.11 but left five ASP.NET Core packages at 10.0.10. RuntimeCompilation 10.0.11 transitively requires Mvc.Testing 10.0.11, so the pinned-lower version triggered NU1605 (downgrade warning-as-error), breaking CI.

Changes

  • Directory.Packages.props — bump five ASP.NET Core servicing packages from 10.0.10 → 10.0.11:
    • Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Testing ← direct cause of NU1605
    • Microsoft.AspNetCore.DataProtection.EntityFrameworkCore
    • Microsoft.AspNetCore.Authentication.MicrosoftAccount
    • Microsoft.AspNetCore.Identity.EntityFrameworkCore
    • Microsoft.AspNetCore.Identity.UI

Other pinned packages with documented reasons (Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.*, SQLitePCLRaw.lib.e_sqlite3, NuGet.*) are unchanged.

…downgrade error
