Major bump for the breaking undici api-client migration (alpha removed, ApiClient surface narrowed, Node engines >=18.17). Moves the CHANGELOG Unreleased section to 18.0.0. Note: the v18.0.0 git tag is intentionally not created yet — it will be added at release time (the release job publishes only when HEAD^2 carries the tag). This PR also serves as the vehicle for a canary release to validate the undici client downstream before the real publish. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
