Add open JSON-based interchange format for sync metadata that enables interoperability with other tools (NLEs, DAWs, asset managers). Key additions: - sync_format module with full .sync schema (devices, files, offsets, clock drift, sync method classification) - SHA-256 file hashing for source verification (no external crypto dep) - Export/import/validate/read/write functions - Tauri commands: export_sync_file, import_sync_file - 7 new tests covering export, roundtrip, validation, offsets, hashing Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Completes the AudioSync protocol and ecosystem integration work, and migrates desktop authentication, cloud projects, timeline sharing, newsletters, and website account links from the legacy gateway to https://core.keyhan.info.\n\nValidation: Vite production build, Python compilation, 68 Rust tests/doc-tests, and live Core product API integration.
