Server Settings screen text overlapping with server list item.

• Description:
  On the Server Settings screen, the informational message is overlapping with the last server list item .
  This results in:

  1. Text overlapping UI elements (Delete / Connect buttons)
  2. Poor readability
  3. Broken layout appearance

• Expected Result:

  1. Informational message should be properly spaced and displayed below the list or in a separate section
  2. No overlap with server items or action buttons
