Add the dedicated SSH sidebar, gated saved-server CLI, and managed skill installation controls. Correct command outcome handling and directory transfer semantics, preserve stable sync roots, and guard destructive sync targets. 新增 SSH 独立侧栏、服务器 CLI 与多 Agent Skill 安装，并完成执行结果、 目录传输、同步删除保护、设置返回及默认值恢复的修复与回归验证。

SSH sessions now have a dedicated sidebar section and separate counts. Saved-server CLI commands support remote execution, file transfers, and directory sync under the AI-control setting. Settings provides SSH Skill installation and copying for multiple agents, with corrected navigation and layout.
