AgentConfigScore 0.22.0

This release ships two scanner fixes grounded in pinned public repositories:

• avoids the Reaparr false positive for dangerous commands shown only in an explicitly prohibited replacement table
• fixes a real false negative for case variants such as RestSharp's lowercase agents.md
• expands the reviewed public corpus to six repositories
• adds --repository OWNER/REPO for targeted benchmark reproduction

Verification

• 134 tests passed locally (1 case-sensitive-filesystem test skipped on Windows and passed in PR Detect case-variant instruction filenames #44's Linux CI)
• RestSharp pinned benchmark matched B84 with context-large and rm-rf at line 661
• version metadata is synchronized at 0.22.0
