The linters are configured to allow T201 (print statements) in the `scripts/` directory but not in the root directory. This moves the scripts to the `scripts/` directory as `auto_deploy_v2.*` and updates the documentation appropriately. Co-authored-by: LVT-ENG <214667862+LVT-ENG@users.noreply.github.com>
In `scripts/auto_deploy_v2.py`, HTTPError is a subclass of URLError. Because of this, the `except urllib.error.HTTPError as e:` block was previously unreachable since `except urllib.error.URLError as e:` appeared first.
