Añadir rutina desatendida y traducción al español de automatización de promociones

Se han traducido los mensajes de salida de deploy_promotions.py y auto_deploy_promotions.sh al español, de acuerdo con los requisitos del usuario. Se ha creado una rutina desatendida en scripts/rutina_desatendida_promociones.sh que ejecuta la monitorización de las promociones en background e ignora sus registros en .gitignore. Por último, se ha documentado todo el sistema de automatización en automatizacion_promociones.md.
