Adds paid BitIntroduction messaging with durable transfer retries, historical mailbox attribution, and Tor-only submissions pinned to the configured local tunnel. Adapts the RPCs and shared types to the current node/wallet API split while preserving the existing wallet and security fixes.
Backend support for LayerTwo-Labs/drivechain-frontends#2276 and LayerTwo-Labs/drivechain-frontends#2277. Requires an external Tor tunnel; this PR does not embed Tor.
Validation: workspace unit tests, formatting, all-target/all-feature build checks, and Clippy. Live Tor end-to-end validation remains outstanding.
