The two Czech lines of the sign-in note, shown when another Environment's view does not come up, still used the informal form. They now read "Přihlaste se …" and "… načtěte znovu." @immakermatty Exact-head review of 05d6ce2: approved. The change is limited to the two Czech sign-in notice strings in the foreign Environment browser panel. Both imperatives now use formal address (Přihlaste se / načtěte), with the English path and runtime logic unchanged. I found no remaining informal sign-in wording in this module. git diff --check is clean. Exact-head CI passed, including LazurioEnvironmentBrowser.test.tsx (15 tests); no unresolved review threads. The existing UI test exercises the sign-in state but does not assert the Czech copy, so the wording is verified by source inspection; no local package install/test was run in the isolated checkout.

Problem
Lazurio addresses people formally in Czech (root decision 0199). Two Czech lines of the sign-in note in the right panel still used the informal form. The note appears when another Environment's view does not come up: "Přihlas se do prohlížeče tohoto Environmentu" and "… Přihlas se tam a pak načti znovu."
Fix
The two lines now read "Přihlaste se do prohlížeče tohoto Environmentu" and "Přihlášení se otevře jen v samostatné záložce. Přihlaste se tam a pak načtěte znovu." English is unchanged. No other Czech string of the overlay addresses people informally.
