docs: introduce GraphAgent features in the README and add 1.0.65 release notes - #725
Conversation
…ase notes The README described GraphAgent almost only through its DAG engine. Add a feature overview and sections for reasoning shaping, Project Memory, autonomous goals, hooks and context management, regroup the DAG material, drop the retired dev prerelease channel and the outdated Bun requirement, and add the validated 1.0.65 series notes.

Closes #724
Why
The README described GraphAgent almost only through its DAG engine; the fork's other self-developed features were
missing or scattered, and it still advertised a retired
devprerelease channel and an outdated Bun requirement. The1.0.65 release also needs its series notes on
mainbefore the release workflow runs. What changed
README.md/README.zh.md: a "What GraphAgent adds" overview table and sections for reasoning shaping, ProjectMemory, autonomous goals (moved up), hooks (expanded from "Other changes") and context management, each with what it
does and how to enable it. DAG material is grouped under "DAG workflows" with its deep-dive unchanged; the goal loop
and hooks bullets inside the DAG feature list are replaced by DAG node messaging; install facts and doc links updated.
