Integrate to madeline

• setup of integration
  • interactive terminal command to setup the account
  • persist the madeline proto session in a file
  • put the session file in .gitignore
• Groups interaction
  • Receive a message in WhatsApp and don't exist a group in Telegram containing the assoc relation to the message in WhatsApp and the phone number don't have Telegram account, create the group
    • groups need have the same name of the user in WhatsApp
    • groups need have the same picture of the user in WhatsApp
  • Receive a message in WhatsApp and don't exist a group in Telegram containing the assoc relation to the message in WhatsApp and the phone number don't have Telegram account
    • forward the message to conversation with user in Telegram prefixed by the name of user.
