Windows: Smart App Monitor blocks Sunshine execution

Describe the Bug

On Windows 11 (and propably 10) Smart App Control prevents Sunshine execution because it has not a valid signed package. Program cannot be executed without disabling the Smart App Check in settings.

I'm on AMD64. If I disable App Control from Windows Settings, Sunshine runs flawlessly

I'm actually on Version 2026.906.222525. I am upgrading to the new v2026.914.233613, enabling App Control and retrying

On v2026.914.233613 the issue is solved for Sunshine. Anyway the latest version of libvirtualhid v2026.914.1218.10 has the same issue, preventing the app from being installed/updated. I am opening an issue on that repository and closing this one.
