Touchpad scroll speed inconsistent

Describe the Bug

Hello, I noticed that using the touchpad scroll scrolls faster on the remote machine than the host. Both are running the same OS (Windows 11), both with the same setting (3) "Lines to scroll at a time" setting on Windows settings. The scrolling on the remote (via moonlight) scrolls twice faster than on the host.

I am using two fingers scrolling on the touchpad.

Expected Behavior

Scroll speed should be the same

In the web UI go to the Input tab and toggle the "High Resolution Scrolling Support" parameter.
Not being a Windows user, I can't guarantee that this'll do what you expect, but it's worth trying.
