Verifies source and destination transaction state, expected destination asset, and destination amount, producing a final settlement result. Incomplete settlements are left unresolved rather than falsely marked complete. Closes MDTechLabs#1021
Verifies the original route snapshot, submitted transaction, Soroban execution result, relevant contract events, settlement state, and final asset/amount, producing a consolidated verification result with actionable failure reasons. Includes end-to-end test scenarios. Closes MDTechLabs#1022
Tracks processed ledger sequence, detects unexpected sequence changes, identifies affected indexed records, and triggers indexer recovery when observed ledger progression diverges from the expected sequence. Closes MDTechLabs#1024
