Publish and verify the bounded-core GoBatch release for application use

Outcome

Publish a real GoBatch version that ShitQuant can consume without a local workspace or replacement masking missing changes. Version number is selected from the final API/migration review; this is not a request to publish immediately.

• Reconcile open PRs fix(batch): panic recovery, deadlock-safe error sends, bounded prealloc, Done() race #65/docs: clarify config zero-value and clamp semantics #67/docs: correct Nil processor description, errors.As guidance, and file structure #68/feat(batch): configurable context-cancellation mode (WithCancelMode) #76, avoiding duplicate or contradictory implementations.
• Make compatibility changes explicit, including the already merged two-return-value Go API and Filter behavior.
• Pass formatting, supported-Go checks, race tests, vet/lint and applicable batchlab scenarios. Inspect batchlab's actual resolved dependency; its absolute replace is not disabled by GOWORK=off.
• Select and publish a version/tag with migration notes. Verify it resolves from the normal module source.
• Compile/test a small external consumer against that version with GOWORK=off and no local replace; inspect module/replacement metadata and retain the result.
• Link the resulting version and ShitQuant dependency-adoption issue when the application exists. Closing implementation alone is insufficient.

Boundaries

Redis, factories, request batching, flow, package renaming and unmeasured helper optimizations do not block this core release. No wallet, provider subscription, or ShitQuant implementation is part of this issue. Before execution, refresh each prerequisite and remove/supersede requirements only with recorded evidence, not closed-not-planned status alone.
