创建 commands/toolbox-lint.md 命令文件。该命令运行时，agent 执行三层自检并输出结构化的 TOOLBOX_LINT_REPORT。

自指处理

• /toolbox-lint 自身在 L1 命令文件存在性检查中作为文件被统计，形成自指验证
• L3 中不自我调用 /toolbox-lint，避免无限循环

Acceptance criteria

• commands/toolbox-lint.md 存在，frontmatter 有效（description 字段）
• 运行 /toolbox-lint 输出以 TOOLBOX_LINT_REPORT: 开头
• L1 存在性检查覆盖所有必需文件/目录
• L2 内容正确性检查覆盖 frontmatter 验证、principles 注入验证、自我报告交叉核对
• L3 功能冒烟检查覆盖 canary、上游 skill、上游 command、agent dispatch、bun runtime
• 每项标注 PASS/FAIL/WARN
• 报告末尾包含各层汇总（通过数/总数）
• 命令无参数，总是运行全量检查
• 命令仅报告，不执行任何修复操作
• 自我报告文件缺失时，L2 相关项标记为 FAIL（附原因），不崩溃
