Fix #24: Replace Console Override System with Proper Error Handling
Description
Previously, when a smart contract transaction reverted, the UI would display a raw hex string (e.g., 0x08c379a0...) from viem. This error format is cryptic and unhelpful for users, leaving them unsure of why their transaction failed.
This PR introduces a revert reason decoder that translates these raw error bytes into human-readable messages, significantly improving the user experience during transaction failures.
