The Python documentation shows how to use MCP Apps with MAF Python. .NET supports the exact same thing, but the docs are stale, so this PR suggests an update to bring them up to date and document MAF .NET's support in AG-UI's MCP Apps middleware.

The C# zone only stated what MAF does not provide, which reads as "MCP Apps
is unsupported on .NET". The compatibility story is the same as Python: the
MCP Apps layer lives entirely in CopilotKit's TypeScript MCPAppsMiddleware,
and a MAF AG-UI endpoint needs no MCP-Apps-specific configuration.

Mirror the Python zone section for section (architecture diagram, no-changes-
required setup, middleware setup, out-of-scope list, next steps, resources)
with the .NET equivalents, and update the parity table accordingly.

Verified end to end against agent-framework main: a MapAGUIServer endpoint
behind MCPAppsMiddleware injects the UI-enabled MCP tool, emits the tool-call
events without executing them, consumes the middleware-supplied result on the
next turn, and never sees the iframe-proxied resources/read request.
