Maximum page count (30) exceeded when executing 00-setup.sh

Hello,

When running 00-setup.sh within the Azure shell, eventually the script errors out stating that the maximum page count has been exceeded. Attached is a screenshot of the issue:

I get the same error in Skillable Lab 1 whichever region is selected

I can also reproduce this - the workspace 'adb-dp750' is in a failed state and cannot be launched.
The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.

So, this is not related to the lab setup script, but rather a Microsoft.Databricks resource-provider backend failure in the Skillable lab subscription.

@adoteskillable When I try this in a Non-skillable Azure Subscription, deployment just works correctly. Can Skillable escalate this via support request?
