Adds Dependabot version-update support for pre-commit so hook rev pins can be kept up to date automatically, aligning Dependabot automation with existing GitHub Actions update behavior.
Changes:
- Add a new
package-ecosystem: "pre-commit"entry targeting the repo root. - Configure a weekly update schedule with a 4-day cooldown.
- Group all pre-commit hook updates into a single Dependabot group.
