Standardize README badges using this project's declared lifecycle, existing validation workflow, documented website, and license evidence. Align translated introductions and remove duplicate badges.
Preserve the existing project documentation and applicable additional check badges.
Validation: reviewed the complete diff and actual repository/workflow/license metadata; checked common badge image responses and Markdown rendering. No application, deployment configuration, registry, or license terms change.
