- estimate_divergence.py: population divergence time from cross-coalescence rate (rCCR) crossing 0.5 along Relate/true trees, with block-bootstrap CI and optional local-ancestry masking.
- pca_silhouette.py: silhouette score and PCA plot of GhostBuster's two inferred ancestry components from the per-site coalescence-count matrix.
- README: documented both tools with runnable example commands.
