Problem
The invoice editor currently uses a desktop table layout on small screens. Columns and values become clipped or overflow the viewport, inputs are cramped, and some controls are difficult to read or operate.
The line-item section is the clearest example: Item, Quantity, Cost, Total, reorder, and remove controls are forced into one row even when the viewport is too narrow.
Goal
Provide a complete mobile editing experience rather than only shrinking the desktop UI.
Scope
- Application header and navigation.
- Editor action toolbar.
- Accordion sections and form controls.
- Product/service line-item editor.
- Invoice preview.
- Template and branding controls.
- Saved-invoice screens and shared empty/loading/error states.
- PDF/image export actions on touch devices.
