• reduce the v0.40 critical startup graph with explicit React, Three Fiber, and deferred OrbitControls boundaries
• instance animated flour sacks into two draws while preserving motion, quality stripes, hover state, and tooltips
• improve runtime diagnostics and vehicle motion acceptance, including intentional interlock stops
• distinguish the current v0.40 release from genuine historical routes without mutating archive identity
• update the Gemini fallback chain and exact prompt cache, and repair two audited transitive dependencies

The authored factory, town, farm, stream, garage, mountains, sky, sun, moon, water, trucks, and forklifts remain one continuous world. The shipped runtime remains strictly uncrewed.
