docs: GitBook docs site — protocol, contract reference, guides, developer guide - #4

…oper guide Phase 11 of the wave plan. Adds .gitbook.yaml rooted at docs/ with a SUMMARY nav, so the repo publishes through GitBook's GitHub sync. Content is written from the source, not the spec: protocol lifecycle and economics (worked NGN figures at a cited, dated rate), full reference for danfo-registry and danfo-rewards plus the deploy sequence, per-persona guides for riders/contributors/sponsors, and a developer guide covering quickstart, every env var, @danfo/sdk, the indexer REST API and crank, the web app, and the speech service. The existing docs/wave/ planning docs are kept as an appendix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
