fix(deps): patch npm advisories breaking main's audit gate - #49

npm audit fix plus fast-uri override 3.1.7 -> 3.1.8 and sharp 0.35.4 -> 0.35.5. Clears every moderate+ advisory that has a patched release. Remaining: braces <=3.0.3 have no patched release and are dev-only (npm audit --omit=dev is clean).
