Note
WIP: This cache stack is on hold until the task-YAML stack ending in #93 merges. The current implementation is not final and may change when it is adapted to the merged task runtime.
Removes the unused Parquet Hugging Face cache store inherited from #71.
judgearena/store.pyhas no call sites. Cache sharing is handled by the explicit synchronization in #99, while the SQLite viewers and migration tooling from #71 remain unchanged.This is stacked on #99.
