Update to the M17 target list - #81

I've moved the target list into a table for improved readability. I also added DM-1701 target info, as it was missing. Some sentences were reworded, especially the part describing M17 protocol. A link to DM-1701 mod guide was also added.
Changed the table header to be left-justified.
Added AMBE and DVSI entries.
