ERC-TRUST is now public at Oraclizer/erc-trust with its companion paper (arXiv:2608.29134). - Move ERC-TRUST from the private-preparation table to the public table - Update the ERC-TRUST status in the standards table and the system map - Add the TRUST paper to Published research with its artifact repository - Point the review section at the candidate repository - Allow the now-public erc-trust link in the profile verifier; statesync-gkr stays guarded

ERC-TRUST is now public at Oraclizer/erc-trust with its companion paper (arXiv:2608.29134). This updates the organization front page to match:
No claim changes beyond visibility status: the candidate remains marked unaudited and not for production, and the official ERC submission still follows ERC-8319.
