Polish responsive organization diagrams

Summary

• Recompose the organization system map and assurance chain as readable 600-pixel portrait SVGs.
• Raise the responsive source breakpoint from 640 to 900 pixels so narrow GitHub content columns use the portrait layouts.
• Preserve the existing wordmark and desktop diagrams.

Verification

• node scripts/verify-profile.mjs
• Native-size and 320-pixel raster review for both mobile diagrams
• Live GitHub review at 390, 768, and 1440 pixel viewports
• 390 and 768 select the portrait diagrams; 1440 selects the original desktop diagrams
• Horizontal overflow: zero at all three widths
