Depend on released NetLinkSwift and swift-systemd - #39

Track NetLinkSwift from 0.2.1 rather than its main branch, and require swift-systemd 0.4.1, which ocad now uses too. A device image then carries one version of each, instead of listing each package twice in its license notices because mrpd and ocad resolved different revisions. from: "0.2.1"instead ofbranch: "main". 0.2.1 is the currentmain(36c3c17), which encodes nf_tables messages without libnftnl.from: "0.4.1"instead offrom: "0.2.1". 0.4.1 makesSystemdBusSendableand changes some of its return types, which mrpd doesn't use.ocad is moving to the same versions (InfernoAES70 PR to follow). Until now mrpd and ocad resolved different revisions of both packages, so the device's license notices listed each one twice.
