Description of the problem being solved:
This replaces poe.ninja with the currency exchange API. This is done to enable automatic hourly updates. This wasn't done in the past due to worries about bothering Rasmus' API with a DDoS on e.g. a league launch, but the GGG API should be cached and doesn't have any sort of rate limits.
