Follow-up to #222: removes the documentation that still described Python as the current control plane.

What changed

1. apps/server/README.md: replaces the "P5 is still in progress" note with the merged state. The docs/ARCHITECTURE.md P5 row now matches it.
2. docs/DESKTOP_INSTALLATION.md, docs/WINDOWS_DESKTOP.md and both zh-CN files now say:
   • only macOS arm64 bundles the local service: the TypeScript Server with its own Node and PostgreSQL. This matches parseDesktopPackageArguments and localServiceSupported in apps/desktop;
   • Windows, Intel Mac and Linux are remote clients;
   • the local service needs a running mTLS Temporal engine, configured by a private temporal.json. Desktop does not start the engine, and the Server refuses to start without it;
   • the reference Temporal profile runs under Docker Compose.
3. packages/work/README.md: removes the Worker Python prerequisites (OPENBOT_TEMPORAL_TEST_PYTHON, .worker-venv). test:work:ts uses only Vitest with Docker fixtures. Also describes the deployment-time drain of legacy python-v1 work.
4. packages/protocol/AGENTS.md: points to contracts:http:ts / contracts:http:tls instead of the removed contracts:http:python, and stops calling the Python DTOs current.
5. docs/AGENT_RUNTIME_PROTOCOL.md: marked historical, with links to the P4-era runtime_host.py / runtime_process.py, the current TS owner (work-runtime.ts, packages/work) and the frozen oracle.
6. packages/employee-publisher/README.md: runtime authority now belongs to the TS Server, which also uses the employee-package export.
7. docs/WORK_COMMAND_COMPONENTS.md: replaces test_work_command_store.py with the current TS checks (@openbot/server unit tests, test:control:ts, test:work:ts) and marks the page as the P4-era design.
8. Other living docs that still presented Python as current:
   • deploy/temporal/README.md now uses test:temporal:boundary, test:temporal:upgrade and node deploy/temporal/maintain.ts. The credential-file snippet is now Node and was tested against maintain.ts's env parser.
   • packages/contract-tests/README.md: removed the nonexistent --inventory and --suite control runner options. It now names the real Server instead of serve.py, and notes that the fixture owns a disposable Temporal service.
   • experiments/browser-execution: qualify-egress.ts replaces qualify_egress.py, and the Python test claims are gone.
   • Historical banners on the terminal-recovery and native-capabilities probes, which import the removed Python Server.
   • A short historical note in docs/OPEN_SOURCE_REUSE.md.
   • Smaller wording fixes in REPOSITORY_MAP, NATIVE_TASK_SCOPE, linux-execution, README.product.md and the unused python-notices README.
9. Adds the missing spaces between words and numbers (e.g. all58, PID1, UID1000, mode0600, Koffi3.3.2, systemd255, nsenter2.39.3, tar7.5.22, Ubuntu24.04, Linux3.0.22) in every touched file. Code spans, link targets, hashes and identifiers (arm64, clone3, RFC6266, …) are left alone.
10. npx biome check --write on scripts/tsconfig.json and scripts/check-security-workflow{,.test}.ts. The changes are formatting only, in a separate commit.
