CI: pin PrestaShop 9.1.5 and add 9.2.x to the PHPStan matrix - #183

9.1.5 is the last release of the 9.1 line: the 9.1.x branch was deleted from the core once it shipped, so nothing newer will come out of it.
Same coverage as pagesnotfound and blockreassurance, which already had it.

9.1.5tag instead of9.1.4: 9.1.5 is the last release of the 9.1 line, since the9.1.xbranch was deleted from the core once it shipped. Second, PrestaShop9.2.xjoins the matrix, so this module has the same coverage as pagesnotfound and blockreassurance, which already had it.9.1.5and the two new9.2.xPHPStan jobs must be green.The 9.1.4 pin was merged before 9.1.5 was released (2026-08-18), hence the follow-up.
tests/php/phpstan/phpstan-9.2.x.neonis a copy of the 9.1.5 one, so any suppression the module legitimately keeps applies to 9.2.x as well.
