Summary
GET /api/debug/report— same payload as attachmentapplysempatria-debug-YYYY-MM-DD.json.make support-bundle— CLI equivalent underruns/debug-report-*.json.make ui—git fetch,git checkout main,git pull --ff-only origin main, then starts the dashboard. Dirty working tree aborts (useUI_SKIP_GIT=1to bypass).No Firebase / telemetry in this PR (see #3 separately).
