Hero and docs runtimes take env_set from boarddev (lands with the wasm rebuild) - #17

pydevices moved env_get, env_int, env_float, env_bool and env_set from displaydev to boarddev with no re-export (a hard break). The pages run on the vendored wasm with pydevices frozen in, so this lands with the wasm rebuild that freezes the new pydevices, not before.

PyDevices/pydevices#131 moves
env_get,env_int,env_float,env_boolandenv_setfrom displaydev to boarddev as a hard break. The hero runtime, the docs runtime,watch.pyandsignal_gen.pynow import them from boarddev. This also vendors the wasm runtime those imports need:
vendor/micropython/micropython.{mjs,wasm}rebuilt by micropython-pydevices at 59cb3bd, which freezes pydevices 0.7.0 (the env helpers in boarddev), lvgl-micropython without its owndisplay_driver, pygraphics 0.1.0 and audiodsp with the webassemblyaudiometerfix. The two halves have to land together: the old runtime has noboarddev.env_set, and the new runtime has nodisplaydev.env_set.Its
.provenancenames every checkout relative to the workspace, with no absolute home paths.Ran in Chromium (Playwright), served by
tools/serve_local.py: every hero page in this site (the portal and 19 repo pages) reachesphase: readyinwindow.__pydevicesHeroes, its canvas draws, and the console has no errors. The three heroes that other sites serve (package_matrix,benchmark_deck,polyhedron) were run in the same runtime and also reachreadyand draw. With the old runtime and this branch's JavaScript, the same check fails on every page withImportError: can't import name env_set.The examples gallery boots this site's wasm too, so the env-using examples there start working once this lands.
