• add a promotion-research-only point-in-time eligibility contract
• model pre-inception QQQ as an independent QQQI fallback and leave unavailable targets in cash
• preserve registered SOXL runtime manifest and exactly-once risk assessment behavior

• full: 529 passed, 347 subtests passed
