Every pipeline command requires an explicit -session DIR today. Captured as itd-12, proposing that a command infer -session from the current directory when it holds a manifest.json, with the explicit flag still always winning. Builds on itd-10's fixed default session location. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-sonnet-5

Requested live: every pipeline command (
transcribe,merge,report,analyze,review) currently requires an explicit-session DIR. This captures the idea of inferring it from the current directory when omitted (present-directory check only, no walking up parent directories, explicit flag always wins), following this repo intent format. Builds onitd-10(fixed default session location, in PR #56) — the two compound well: a predictable session root plus cd-and-go.Draft only, no implementation.
