Closes the open question in docs/LINUX.md — the full writeup and the checks behind it are in #8.

Also documents the per-game launch-options route for injecting the key log, which avoids restarting Steam, and notes the readiness check that does not recognise it.

The caveat list opened by saying the key thing had never been checked: that
ARC Raiders under Proton writes TLS secrets to SSLKEYLOGFILE at all. Without
that, no amount of capture can decrypt anything, so it decided whether the
Linux backend was usable.

It does. A full sync now runs on Linux, and the claim rests on three
observations rather than the sync succeeding by luck: lsof shows the game's
own GameThread holding write descriptors on the key log, the file accumulates
TLS 1.3 secrets throughout a session, and the app reaches its synced state and
names the ARCTracker account.

Also documents the per-game launch-options route for injecting the key log,
which avoids restarting Steam, along with the launcher-readiness check that
does not recognise it.
