Hook into loguru to warn for outdated datasets #72
(#65 (comment)): we warn with loguru inside cache, whose warnings are logged in a log file. We can use this log file to report what files are outdated using GitHub Actions (either in a centralized tracking issue, some kind of comment in associated PRs, or perhaps both).
Do you also have details on how to actually implement this into the system? If yes, can you add those to this issue.
These are just some questions to answer, but please add more details than this:
When a warning is given, what is the procedure for figuring out how to handle the data?
What is the current procedure we have to handle the warnings?
What do we do as a user to fix the problem?
How are we supposed to add loguru to the current code? What places in the code should we touch to add loguru?

Can you add the specific comment this is linking to? The link doesn't provide that information.
