Replace .context and .cursor rules with AGENTS.md - #1149

The rule files were stale: they described Jest and Cypress testing, Node 20, an external_references directory, and dumps of backend tables and endpoints. AGENTS.md covers the checks, dependency gotchas, and conventions the code follows today. CLAUDE.md imports it so Claude Code loads the same file, matching researchhub-backend. Also removes three Cursor debug logs that had been committed.
